1. Acceptance
By using manevum.com or submitting any form on it, you accept these Terms of Use, the Service Policies, and — if you enroll — the Service Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. The Service (BETA)
MANEVUM is a prepaid, consent-based emergency property rescue platform operated by Eviction Property Rescue LLC, Chicago, Illinois. The service is currently in BETA: enrollments join a pilot waitlist, no payment is collected through this website, prices and service areas may change before official opening, and no service obligation exists until a coordinator confirms your enrollment and your payment is completed. Nothing on this site creates an obligation for MANEVUM to respond to any event before an enrollment is confirmed active.
3. Accurate Information
You agree that everything you submit — identity, property address, home size and occupancy, rent payment day, trusted-contact names and phone numbers, and access details — is true and current, and that you will update it when it changes. Quotes are computed from your declarations; misdeclaration consequences are set out in Service Policy §8. You confirm you have the right to designate the trusted contacts you list and that you understand each will be notified of their designation.
4. Trusted Contacts & Wellness Check-Ins
By enrolling you consent to: (a) MANEVUM notifying your designated contacts of their designation; (b) MANEVUM accepting an activation call from a verified designated contact as authority to begin the verification process; and (c) monthly "Everything OK?" check-in messages around your rent payment day, with a flag for human investigation after 5 consecutive days without a reply. You can update contacts, rent day, or check-in channel at any time by contacting us. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use this site to submit false emergencies or false enrollments, to impersonate another person, to designate someone as a trusted contact without a genuine relationship, to probe or disrupt the site's security, or to scrape or resell its content. We may refuse, suspend, or cancel service for abuse.
6. Intellectual Property
MANEVUM, the MANEVUM logo, and site content are the property of Eviction Property Rescue LLC. You may not reproduce them for commercial use without written permission.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The site is provided "as is." MANEVUM is not an emergency service — if someone is in immediate danger, call 911. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MANEVUM's total liability arising from use of this website is limited to $100; liability arising from the rescue service itself is governed exclusively by the Service Agreement and its declared-value and insurance terms, not by these Terms.
8. Privacy
We collect only the information needed to provide the service: your enrollment data, trusted contacts, access details, wellness-check responses, and case records. Access details are confidential and used only at activation. We do not sell personal data. Case evidence (video, inventory, custody logs) is retained for 7 years for legal protection. DV-case data is sealed per Service Policy §10.
9. Governing Law & Changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, with state-specific riders applying where required.
