The membership is what keeps your protection alive: the monthly “Everything OK?” check-ins, the 24/7 activation hotline, the app, and your trusted-contact management. Your first month is included in the $100 enrollment fee. Cancel anytime — your deposit is separate and stays yours.
Prepaid enrollment pricing — moving + storage
Your prepaid amount depends on home size and material occupancy (light, medium, heavy). The moving fee is one-time; storage renews monthly. Prepaid at activation: moving fee + 3 months of storage.

💰 The deposit is not a fee — it is held for your rescue and refundable per the Service Agreement. It includes a small refundable price-protection reserve so a rescue can proceed even if costs have risen and you cannot be reached. The $19.99 membership is the only recurring charge.
