How MANEVUM works — protection you set up before the crisis
MANEVUM is prepaid and consent-based. You enroll while things are stable, and the people you trust can activate your protection if you ever can’t return home. We never monitor court filings or public records.
Enroll & Designate
You prepay storage + moving, register your property and access details, sign your entry authorization, and designate up to 3 trusted people — marking who holds a key to your home. Each one is notified right away that you listed them, so they already know MANEVUM exists before any crisis.
A Trusted Person Activates & Opens the Door
If you can’t return home — detention, hospitalization, deportation — one of your 3 trusted people calls our hotline and lets our team in with the key you arranged. We verify the caller against your pre-registered list; nobody else can trigger your service. In most of these situations the landlord simply waits for month’s end — your trusted person acts before anything is lost.
The “Everything OK?” Check-In
Around your rent payment date we send one short message: “Everything OK?” One reply closes it. No reply for 5 straight days flags your file for human investigation — trusted contacts first, county only after. This protects subscribers whose contacts never call.
County Fallback — Last Resort
If no one calls, participating county sheriff/marshal offices already have your enrolled address on file. At an eviction execution, the county calls MANEVUM for your belongings instead of the standard disposition process.
Verification Before Action
Before any crew enters your home, we complete a documented verification: call script, callback confirmation, and authority check. An unconfirmed report never dispatches a crew.

The five-step rescue you can verify: retrieve, document on video, pack & seal, store securely, and return to you or your chosen representative.
Privacy by design: your service activates only through people you chose, or through a county handing off your own registered case — never through surveillance of records. Access by consent: our team enters only with your signed authorization and the key your trusted contact provides — we never change a lock without the landlord’s written authorization. Domestic-violence situations use a separate protected protocol and never use trusted-contact activation.
