The home to protect

💬 Around this date each month, MANEVUM sends you one short check-in — “Everything OK?” Reply yes and nothing happens. If there is no reply for 5 days in a row, your file is flagged and a coordinator investigates — your trusted contacts first, the county path only as a last resort. So even if nobody calls for you, you are never invisible.

Your trusted contacts (1 required, up to 3)

These are the only people who can activate your service if you can’t return home. Each will receive a notice that you designated them, so they know before a crisis ever happens.

🔑 At least one trusted contact should hold a key (or describe another access arrangement in the access details above) — this is how our team gets in at activation, without involving the landlord.
